HUT Consulting was hired to present on Diversity and Inclusion to the employees of SMBC (Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation) in their first event of the year and hosted by the company’s oldest employee resource group, Women’s Inclusion Network. It was very well attended from 5 different New York offices with more men than women in the audience.
